We are closely monitoring Coronavirus (COVID-19) and following the current guidance from the leading government and health authorities to ensure we are taking the right actions to protect our clients and visitors to Las Vegas.

During this time, we recognize flexibility is more important than ever. At Vegas Tours.com you can reserve your tours online without paying in advance and we allow you to pay for your tour on your tour day without cancellation fees by following the guidelines of our 24 hr. cancellation policy

Should your Las Vegas plans change, please contact us at reservations@vegastours.com with your new schedule. Adjusting existing reservations are easy and we will do our best to make sure your tour reservations are changed based to meet your new travel needs.

Please also know that our touring partners are continuing to maintain high standards for safety and cleanliness to prevent and reduce the spread of germs within the touring facilities, all of the touring vehicles including our Helicopters, Airplanes, Luxury Bus, SUV and Desert Hummer vehicles go through a rigorous, multi-step cleaning process for each new group.

In addition to practicing preventative measures to reduce the risk of the contacting the virus we remain vigilant in upholding these practices and will take additional precautions as recommended by the CDC, WHO and local governments.

Most of the Las Vegas Hotels have strict rules regarding Covid 19 protocols and most hotels follow the same procedures.

As an example read the following steps below that the Wynn and Encore Hotels follow….

Slot machines, table rails and chairs will be disinfected hourly. Appropriate physical distancing are in place limiting the number of active slot machine and table game positions. Casino chips will be cleaned and sanitized before distribution. Card games will be dealt face up and customers will not touch cards. Baccarat cards may be handled by guests and will be destroyed after each use. All other card games will change cards every four hours. Dealers to clean and disinfect Dice for each new shooter. Guests will be reminded to use hand sanitizer prior to the start of play.

Non-invasive thermal cameras will be placed at each entry point to the resort. Any person displaying a temperature above 100.4°F or displaying or complaining of a cough, fever, shortness of breath, chills, a new loss of taste or smell, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or other known symptoms of COVID-19 will be discreetly offered a secondary screening. Employees or guests confirmed to have a temperature over 100.4°F will not be allowed entry to the property and will be directed towards appropriate medical care.

Face coverings are mandatory in all public indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the state of Nevada. All guests (including children 10 years or older) are required to wear face coverings while on property at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. Only those wearing a face covering will be allowed entry onto the property. Replacement face coverings are available anytime from the front desk or Wynn Rewards desk.

Guests will be assigned a room that has been thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sealed with a disinfection sticker that the guest will break upon entry. Each guest room will receive a COVID-19 awareness card outlining the health and disinfection steps being taken by the resort and sanitizer will be provided in each room for guest use. In-room Alexas can be utilized to open the drapes and sheers, to control the lights and air conditioning and to answer frequently asked questions about the services provided at the resort.

Hand sanitizer dispensers, touchless whenever possible, will be placed at contact areas such as driveways, reception areas, hotel lobbies, the casino floor, restaurant entrances, meeting and convention spaces, elevator landings, pools, salons and exercise areas.
Guests will be advised to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from other groups of people not traveling with them while standing in lines, waiting for elevators or moving around the property. Restaurant tables, slot machines and other physical layouts have been arranged to ensure appropriate distancing. All casino areas will limit occupancy to 50% of the licensed capacity.

You can expect the best food, drinks and service that you have come to expect from Wynn paired with new thoughtful touches throughout your meal. Menus will be single use paper fresh for you and available digitally via your own phone or tablet. Your place setting will be delivered to the table after you are seated. We will also provide additional utensils to share large format or family style dishes. Our industry leading food safety program has been further enhanced and our service teams and kitchen professionals are receiving additional training to ensure your experience is safe and fun.
Our employees have been given clear instructions on how to respond swiftly to all presumed cases of COVID-19 on property. We will be ready to provide support to our guests. Employees are instructed to stay home if they do not feel well and are instructed to contact a manager if they notice a coworker or guest displaying or complaining of a cough, fever, shortness of breath, chills, a new loss of taste or smell, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or other known symptoms of COVID-19. Employees and guests who are exhibiting any of the symptoms of COVID-19 while at the property are instructed to immediately notify their manager (employees) or hotel security.
