Vegas Covid 19 Protocols 

Every tour operator in Las Vegas is closely monitoring the information from federal and state governmental agencies in addition to
the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.

For our Vegas guests, we will remain attentive and are ready to respond to changing conditions. The safety and wellbeing of our
guests, pilots, drivers, and employees are the number one priority.

Post Update: as we update this post-dated Dec 01, 2021, mandatory temperature procedures may have been suspended by some providers.
Only mask covering continues to remain mandatory. If you have concerns please contact us or the provider for the latest update on temperature requirements.

Additional safety measures implemented include:

Flight, Bus & All Ground Transporation Terminals

At the time of this post dated March 25th, 2021 All guests were required to be screened for a mandatory temperature check prior to boarding any transportation terminal.

Guests with a temperature above 100.4 will have a secondary screening and may be refused service
based on health factors.

Guests will enter the terminal through doors that are either automatically or manually opened by an
employee.

The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on
high contact surfaces.

Terminals and pickup areas will have an extensive deep cleaning each night.
Guest check-in stations and payment processing machines will be sanitized after every transaction.

Each party/guest will receive a disposable briefing card with guest information.

Pilots or Drivers will greet guests with a contactless introduction. All tour provider employees are limited to physical
interactions including refraining from taking photos with guests’ cameras, mobile phones, etc.

Service Vehicles Safety & Sanitization Protocols

Standard procedures include the service vehicle being cleaned after each tour. Once the guests are safely
away from the service vehicle then they’re all sanitized and the cabins and guest seating areas are refreshed after each tour.

All pilots, drivers, and guests will wear face protection during flight. If a guest does not have face protection,
Most tour providers will provide a mask for each guest. We will restrict the use of earphones for guests during all narrated tours.

Pilots and Drivers will continue to provide narration as normal.

Food Safety & Sanitization Protocols

If applicable, food and/or beverage service will be limited to packaged food or drinks and will be
distributed by employees with gloves and appropriate personal protective equipment.

The additional time between tours will be allotted to give extra time for the vehicles to be
sanitized and cleaned. All service vehicles will be deep cleaned each night, including extensive sanitization processes.

Employees

Appropriate personal protective equipment will be worn by all employees based on their position and
responsibilities following state or local government guidance.

All employees will be subject to daily temperature checks.
All employees will receive training on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols.

Employees are instructed to stay home if they do not feel well and are directed to contact a manager
if they notice a coworker or guest with known symptoms of COVID-19.

Additional Items

We ask each and every guest who may not feel well or have symptoms of COVID-19 to contact us prior
to your flight.

We ask all guests to limit personal belongings and bags coming into the terminal and on flights.
For locations with ground transportation, vehicle interiors will continue to be sanitized before each trip.
