<p>Every tour operator in Las Vegas is closely monitoring the information from federal and state governmental agencies in addition to<br />
the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis.</p>
<p>For our Vegas guests, we will remain attentive and are ready to respond to changing conditions. The safety and wellbeing of our<br />
guests, pilots, drivers, and employees are the number one priority.</p>
<p><em>Post Update: as we update this post-dated Dec 01, 2021, mandatory temperature procedures may have been suspended by some providers.</em><br />
<em>Only mask covering continues to remain mandatory. If you have concerns please contact us or the provider for the latest update on temperature requirements.</em></p>
<p><strong>Additional safety measures implemented include:</strong></p>
<p><strong>Flight, Bus &amp; All Ground Transporation Terminals</strong></p>
<p>At the time of this post dated March 25th, 2021 All guests were required to be screened for a mandatory temperature check prior to boarding any transportation terminal.</p>
<p>Guests with a temperature above 100.4 will have a secondary screening and may be refused service<br />
based on health factors.</p>
<p>Guests will enter the terminal through doors that are either automatically or manually opened by an<br />
employee.</p>
<p>The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on<br />
high contact surfaces.</p>
<p>Terminals and pickup areas will have an extensive deep cleaning each night.<br />
Guest check-in stations and payment processing machines will be sanitized after every transaction.</p>
<p>Each party/guest will receive a disposable briefing card with guest information.</p>
<p>Pilots or Drivers will greet guests with a contactless introduction. All tour provider employees are limited to physical<br />
interactions including refraining from taking photos with guests’ cameras, mobile phones, etc.</p>
<p><strong>Service Vehicles Safety &amp; Sanitization Protocols</strong></p>
<p>Standard procedures include the service vehicle being cleaned after each tour. Once the guests are safely<br />
away from the service vehicle then they&#8217;re all sanitized and the cabins and guest seating areas are refreshed after each tour.</p>
<p>All pilots, drivers, and guests will wear face protection during flight. If a guest does not have face protection,<br />
Most tour providers will provide a mask for each guest. We will restrict the use of earphones for guests during all narrated tours.</p>
<p>Pilots and Drivers will continue to provide narration as normal.</p>
<p><strong>Food Safety &amp; Sanitization Protocols</strong></p>
<p>If applicable, food and/or beverage service will be limited to packaged food or drinks and will be<br />
distributed by employees with gloves and appropriate personal protective equipment.</p>
<p>The additional time between tours will be allotted to give extra time for the vehicles to be<br />
sanitized and cleaned. All service vehicles will be deep cleaned each night, including extensive sanitization processes.</p>
<p><strong>Employees</strong></p>
<p>Appropriate personal protective equipment will be worn by all employees based on their position and<br />
responsibilities following state or local government guidance.</p>
<p>All employees will be subject to daily temperature checks.<br />
All employees will receive training on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols.</p>
<p>Employees are instructed to stay home if they do not feel well and are directed to contact a manager<br />
if they notice a coworker or guest with known symptoms of COVID-19.</p>
<p><strong>Additional Items</strong></p>
<p>We ask each and every guest who may not feel well or have symptoms of COVID-19 to contact us prior<br />
to your flight.</p>
<p>We ask all guests to limit personal belongings and bags coming into the terminal and on flights.<br />
For locations with ground transportation, vehicle interiors will continue to be sanitized before each trip.</p>

<p>Any interaction with the general public poses an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. The CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable to severe illness from COVID-19. By visiting Pink Jeep Tours / Pink Adventure Group you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.</p>
<p>All of our Pink Jeep locations have opened with extra safety protocols to protect customers and employees.</p>
<p>RE-OPENING SAFETY POLICY AND PROTOCOL</p>
<p>Pink Jeep Adventure Tours is thrilled to re-open for tours in Las Vegas and Arizona and bringing families together for breathtaking guided adventure tours. For the health and wellbeing of all guests and employees during this time, we have made the following adjustments to our policies and protocols. Compliance with all below and posted Pink Jeep policies and protocols, is required to participate in a tour and applies to all guests, including children.</p>
<p><u><br />
PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING:</u></p>
<ul>
<li>Carefully review the list of symptoms for COVID-19 on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention<a href="https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html"> (CDC) website</a>. If you have had any of these symptoms in the past 14 days, please do not participate in a Pink Jeep tour until you have been tested to confirm you do not have COVID-19.</li>
<li>Some individuals may be at a higher risk for COVID-19, as outlined on the <a href="https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/need-extra-precautions/people-at-higher-risk.html">CDC’s website.</a> If you are in one of the aforementioned groups, please consult your doctor and make an informed decision on whether to participate in a Pink Jeep tour.</li>
<li>Carefully review our Terms of Sale which can be found <a title="Terms of Sale" href="https://www.pinkadventuretours.com/terms-of-sale/" data-udi="umb://document/59a8296c2001431a8f8ea6621f3d59e9">here</a>. The Terms of Sale contain many provisions that affect your tour booking, including our policies regarding limitation of liability for COIVD-19, tour changes and cancellations, and our refund policies.</li>

<p><u>UPON ARRIVAL:</u></p>
<ul>
<li>Touchless temperature screenings will be conducted prior to admittance. Guests with a fever exceeding 100.4<sup>0</sup> Fahrenheit will not be permitted. Refunds or rain checks may be offered. Guests who believe they have a disability that causes a fever should bring a letter from a doctor stating that the guest’s fever is caused by a disability the guest has no other symptoms of COVID-19.</li>
<li>Some people without symptoms may be able to spread the virus, therefore, guests must come prepared with their own mask and wear it while participating.</li>
<li>All participants in a Pink Jeep tour will be required to sign an assumption of the risk and waiver of liability agreement prior to participating in the tour.</li>
</ul>
<p><u>DURING TOURS:</u></p>
<ul>
<li>Follow social distancing recommendations by CDC. To maintain social distancing at Pink Jeep, the number of riders will be limited and parties separated in vehicles.</li>
<li>All guests must wear a mask while participating.</li>
<li>All contact points on Jeeps will be thoroughly sanitized before after each use.</li>
</ul>
<p>Additionally, daily temperature checks will also be conducted on all employees.</p>
<p>Pink Jeep Adventure Tours appreciates your support of these important safety changes that ensures we can provide fun family entertainment in compliance with government and health agency recommendations and requirements.</p>
<p><span class="teal">NEW HEALTH &amp; SAFETY PROCEDURES</span></p>
<p>Important Information to Know Before You Go</p>
<ul>
<li>Most of our tours are conducted in Jeeps and are limited to single booking, single family, private tours to adhere to social distancing guidelines. Some tours are conducted on larger vehicles, such as Tour Trekkers and other transport vans, that are large enough to accommodate more than one party while adhering to social distancing guidelines.</li>
<li>Face masks or face coverings are required for all guests.</li>
<li>Temperature screenings will be taken prior to entry.</li>
<li>Physical distancing measures have been put in place including physically distanced queues, marked barriers and social distancing reminders.</li>
<li>Additional sanitation measures have been implemented. This includes high touch point areas being sanitized frequently and providing additional hand sanitizing locations. Vehicles sanitized before each tour.</li>
</ul>
<p>Face Mask / Face Covering Required<em><br />
</em>Face masks or face coverings are required for all guests.</p>
<p>Temperature Screenings Will Be Taken Before Entry</p>
<p>All Guests must have their temperature screened. Touchless temperature screenings will be conducted prior to admittance. Anyone displaying a temperature of 100.4 Fahrenheit or above will be directed to an additional location for rescreening and assistance. Guests with a temperature exceeding 100.4 Fahrenheit will not be permitted entry. Additionally, anyone who traveled in the same vehicle with that guest will not be permitted entry. Refunds or rain checks may be offered. Hosts must undergo a temperature check and health screening prior to work and will not be permitted to work if they have a temperature or do not pass the screening.</p>
<p>Please Practice Social Distance Throughout the Property</p>
<p>Keep a distance of 6 feet apart from other guests who are not in your party. You will notice signs and floor graphic reminders throughout our facilities. Look for informational signs during your visit to help you and out employees stay safe.</p>
<p>Increased Focus on Cleanliness</p>
<p>We have increased our rigorous cleaning and sanitation procedures. Guests will have a much higher availability of handwashing and hand sanitizing locations throughout their visit to help reduce exposure to germs.</p>
<p>A significant number of hand sanitizing stations have been added in public areas, and other high traffic locations.</p>

<p>Most of the Las Vegas Hotels have strict rules regarding Covid 19 protocols and most hotels follow the same procedures.</p>
<h3><em>As an example read the following steps below that the Wynn and Encore Hotels follow&#8230;.</em></h3>
<p>Slot machines, table rails and chairs will be disinfected hourly. Appropriate physical distancing are in place limiting the number of active slot machine and table game positions. Casino chips will be cleaned and sanitized before distribution. Card games will be dealt face up and customers will not touch cards. Baccarat cards may be handled by guests and will be destroyed after each use. All other card games will change cards every four hours. Dealers to clean and disinfect Dice for each new shooter. Guests will be reminded to use hand sanitizer prior to the start of play.</p>
<p>Non-invasive thermal cameras will be placed at each entry point to the resort. Any person displaying a temperature above 100.4°F or displaying or complaining of a cough, fever, shortness of breath, chills, a new loss of taste or smell, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or other known symptoms of COVID-19 will be discreetly offered a secondary screening. Employees or guests confirmed to have a temperature over 100.4°F will not be allowed entry to the property and will be directed towards appropriate medical care.</p>

<p>Face coverings are mandatory in all public indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the state of Nevada. All guests (including children 10 years or older) are required to wear face coverings while on property at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. Only those wearing a face covering will be allowed entry onto the property. Replacement face coverings are available anytime from the front desk or Wynn Rewards desk.</p>
<p>Guests will be assigned a room that has been thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sealed with a disinfection sticker that the guest will break upon entry. Each guest room will receive a COVID-19 awareness card outlining the health and disinfection steps being taken by the resort and sanitizer will be provided in each room for guest use. In-room Alexas can be utilized to open the drapes and sheers, to control the lights and air conditioning and to answer frequently asked questions about the services provided at the resort.</p>

<div>Hand sanitizer dispensers, touchless whenever possible, will be placed at contact areas such as driveways, reception areas, hotel lobbies, the casino floor, restaurant entrances, meeting and convention spaces, elevator landings, pools, salons and exercise areas.</div>

<div>Guests will be advised to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from other groups of people not traveling with them while standing in lines, waiting for elevators or moving around the property. Restaurant tables, slot machines and other physical layouts have been arranged to ensure appropriate distancing. All casino areas will limit occupancy to 50% of the licensed capacity.</div>

Menus will be single use paper fresh for you and available digitally via your own phone or tablet. Your place setting will be delivered to the table after you are seated. We will also provide additional utensils to share large format or family style dishes. Our industry leading food safety program has been further enhanced and our service teams and kitchen professionals are receiving additional training to ensure your experience is safe and fun.</div>

<div>Our employees have been given clear instructions on how to respond swiftly to all presumed cases of COVID-19 on property. We will be ready to provide support to our guests. Employees are instructed to stay home if they do not feel well and are instructed to contact a manager if they notice a coworker or guest displaying or complaining of a cough, fever, shortness of breath, chills, a new loss of taste or smell, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or other known symptoms of COVID-19. Employees and guests who are exhibiting any of the symptoms of COVID-19 while at the property are instructed to immediately notify their manager (employees) or hotel security.</div>
