Tour Itinerary

The Grand Canyon and  Hoover Dam Combination Tour with Adventure Photo Tours is a truly amazing day. You start this wonderful experience with a tour of Hoover Dam followed by 3 full hours at the Grand Canyon West Rim on the Hualapai Indian Reservation. This tour includes ample time for breathtaking views from the Top of the Dam & Lake Mead one of the world’s largest man-made lakes. In addition, we walk across the top of the Dam into Arizona where there are wonderful photo ops of the new Hoover Dam Bridge. As a bonus we stop at a local park where herds of Big Horn Sheep often come down from the surrounding mountains to gather and graze on the sweet grass.
We then cross the beautiful High Desert of Arizona and visit the incredible 900 year old Joshua Tree Forest, Eagle Point and Guano Point (with 3 hours to explore the most beautiful natural locations at the rim of the Grand Canyon). Have a romantic picnic BBQ lunch at the rim and see Native American Dancing and Dwellings. This is the “family outing” of a lifetime!

Temperatures are cooler from October – February, so long pants and a warm jacket are appropriate
March – September temperatures are warm where shorts, hats, and a light shirt are comfortable

11.5  hours approximate from Hotel to Hotel return.

Hotel Pick-Up And Drop-Off Service is included for most major hotels on the strip and downtown.

Hotel Pickup Requirements

Hotel pickup and return is included. Please provide your hotel name and address during checkout on the form provided.

If you have not yet booked a hotel please provide your hotel pickup information to the local operator at least 48 hours prior to departure. Contact information will be provided on your e-ticket / voucher.

Payment Requirements

Pre Payment is required at time of booking. No shows will be charged in full. Confirmed Tour reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the tour departure time will be charged in full.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled 2 days / 48 hours or more before the event a 100% full refund will be issued. To cancel an event please notify the tour center in the time allocated other wise 100% of the cost will be charged.
