Hiking or athletic walking shoes Temperatures are cooler from October – February, so long pants and a warm jacket are appropriate March – September temperatures are warm where shorts, hats, and a light shirt are comfortable.

Be sure to bring along your camera or phone camera as the views are spectacular.

Hotel Pickup

Hotel pickup and return is included from the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown. Please provide your hotel name and address during checkout on the form provided.

If you have not yet booked a hotel please provide your hotel pickup information to the local operator at least 48 hours prior to departure. Contact information will be provided on your e-ticket / voucher.

Please Note

For those that have not booked their tour within 24 hours of the tour departure time then hotel pickup cannot be guaranteed.
If this is your case then additional information will be issue as to your pickup arrangements once your purchase has been completed. Contact information i.e phone number and email address will be provided.

Departure Time

Please be at your designated departure area at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. For some guests depending upon your hotel location and where you are in the cue wait time can be from 1 to 2 hours prior the tour scheduled time. To avoid any unnecessary wait time please check with your provider. Contact information will provided on your e-ticket/voucher.

To insure you have a the best possible tour experience please familiarize yourself with the requirements and recommendations below pertaining to the type of tour you will be reserving.

For All Motor Coach and Mini Coach Tours

1. All reservations must be confirmed 24 – 48 hours prior to travel date.
2. The following items are prohibited on our tours due to security: luggage, large backpacks, suitcases, briefcases, coolers, and alcohol. If an item has not been listed, please verify with your reservations agent prior to booking.
3. Children ages 2 and older require a seat
4. A lap child is considered to be an infant under 23 months of age.
5. All Luxury Motor Coaches are large windowed for the best views and equipped with air conditioning, restrooms, reclining seats and video monitors.
6. Luxury Motor Coaches or Mini Buses that are equipped with a lift are limited and must be reserved 72 hours in advance provided they are available on the day of your tour. Please contact your your provider immediately upon booking to if you require a lift.
7. Wheel-chaired guest can be accommodated  on most motorcoach and mini bus tours provided they are accompanied with someone to assist them.. Please contact your provider immediately after booking to confirm.
8. Please check with your tour provider for the exact pickup location since some coaches may be too large for access at your hotel.
9. Not all Hotels have available areas for pickup so please check with your tour provider as to the exact location and time for pickup prior the tour.

For All Helicopter and Airplane Tours

1. All reservations must be confirmed 24 – 48 hours prior to travel date.
2. The following items are prohibited on our tours due to security: luggage, large backpacks, suitcases, briefcases, coolers, and alcohol. If an item has not been listed, please verify with your reservations agent prior to booking.
3. For Helicopter or Airplane tours please be sure to include the weights for each passenger on the booking form..
4. All passengers for helicopter or airplane tours are required to have valid identification such as a valid driver license or a valid passport.

For all Luxury 4 x 4’s , Hummers, Ballooning, Rafting, Kayaking Tours.

1. All reservations must be confirmed 24 – 48 hours prior to travel date.
2. The following items are prohibited on our tours due to security: luggage, large backpacks, suitcases, briefcases, coolers, and alcohol. If an item has not been listed, please verify with your reservations agent prior to booking.
3. Some of the smaller vehicle type of tour carriers can accommodate wheeled chair guest provided they are accompanied with someone to assist them.. Please contact your provider immediately after booking to confirm.
4. Please check with your tour provider for the exact pickup location since some coaches may be too large for access at your hotel.
5. Not all Hotels have available areas for pickup so please check with your tour provider as to the exact location and time for pickup prior the tour.

If cancelled 24 hours or more before the event a 100% full refund will be issued.

To cancel an event please notify the tour center in the time allocated.
