The staff is so kind and helpful. They helped us find everything we needed. We had the last meal of the day there in the restaurant and the food options were limited but not bad. There was a live entertainer playing guitar and singing while we ate. The cabins are so cozy and well appointed. AC/Heat, queen bed with a futon pullout. They have all the things you basics you need and it's impeccably clean. No tv but I didn't miss it and there is wifi throughout. They thought of all the little details here. In the morning the veil of the sunrise over the canyon could not be beat. We had our free breakfast and toured the ranch. My daughter loved the horses especially.

Had a great flight there and each cabin has a bed and private bathroom along with a little front porch to sit on. We put our belongings in the room and headed to the buses so we could go see the Grand Canyon from the lookout points. If I remember correctly there are three different points to view that the buses took us to. We did the Skywalk, which was both scary and amazing (definitely recommend). Once we toured each viewpoint we headed back to the Ranch and had dinner which is in a cute little saloon. The meal was very tasty and huge servings! We walked around for a little while and headed back to our cabin. At night when the Ranch closes, the people staying at the Ranch can go to a campfire where a cowboy plays tunes on his guitar and everybody can make s'mores! Now here is the best part, and the main reason we stayed at the Canyon. Most tourists get up super early to watch the sunrise over the Canyon, all from the comfort of the cabin front porch. It was incredible and probably the best part of the whole trip! After that we had breakfast in the saloon and walked around the Ranch again before packing our things and heading back to Vegas. I would absolutely stay here again and I've recommended it to everybody I know who is planning a trip to Vegas!

This place was way beyond our expectation!! We stayed here as part of our tour package. We were worried about the foods and neatness of the cabin room. Everything, however, turned out to be great, plenty of food with unlimted hot and cold beverages, live country music, clean and cozy room with quiet AC/heat, camp fires and activities, great views, and most importantly, very friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Our whole experience was so incredible. For wheelchair users, if you stay over night make sure you request the accessible room as there are only 2. Also it's not paved and there is gravel in some spots making it difficult to maneuver. Some stand out team members there are Susana, Rick and Marvin. Lovely people and super helpful. It's rustic and cozy (no tv) but comfortable with a view to knock you out. Lots of fun stuff to do in addition to the SKY View and Guano point. PLEASE SEE THE MAGICIAN!!!! He is AMAZING!!! Make sure you seek the information about the Hualapai as their story is fascinating and we all need to know about the reservation we are on and respect it and the people. Things I wish they would add are: Making the zip line accessible with a lift or something. Making a deck so riding a horse or using the carriage is accessible. The accessible rooms should be closer and easier to get to. Our room was towards the end of the line on a gravel road. More dinner options. Wheel chair users are thrill seekers too and we are not bound to the chairs. Having the opportunity to do the activities would be fantastic!!!! Thank you to the Hualapai Ranch and all of the staff for making our trip excellent!

I had such an amazing time at your ranch!!! Overall my experience was one for the memory books, but 2 staff members really stuck out in my mind! I am issuing 5 stars bc Gage and Adina were so beyond accommodating to me and my experience. Though they must do this repetitively every day, they still were just as excited as I was about the whole thing! I had missed the last round of zip liners departing for their adventure- Adina and the staff went above and beyond to get me to zip lining in time so I wouldn't miss out on all the fun. Once I arrived, Gage was there to keep me laughing and excited for all the fun heights and thrills of rushing down that zip line. He made sure we got great pics w views in!! Ty Adina and Gage for being super awesome people! I can't wait to come back and see the canyon and your faces :))))

Excellent zip lining! Two rides with the Grand Canyon in the distance. The first ride is a warmup for the second, longer ride. The staff was very professional and friendly. Followed formal procedures in detail to assure safety (I was impressed). The restaurant had tasty food at reasonable prices (again, friendly and helpful staff).

We loved it here! We actually ended up staying there spur of the moment because we didn’t realize the lack of hotels close to the Grand Canyon. What a lucky accident!! The people were unbelievably friendly, the experience of riding to the edge of the canyon on horseback is amazing and watching the sunrise from our cabin porch while drinking coffee is something everyone should experience once in their life! This was the best part of our vacation and we would go back in a hot second!!

My friend and I stayed here for a few days in April 2017. It was such a fun experience! They have different activities such as roping, horses, performances by staff, campfire complete with Smores and a magic show that kept a 47 and 30 year old entertained. They have several places for photo ops, including a wooden coffin, an old jail cell and boards you put your face in. Staff was overly accommodating and pleasant to work with. The extras are worth the money. For people complaining about not be being able to take their own pictures on the Sky Walk, you need to understand it's a SAFETY issue. You are walking out over the Grand Canyon with several people at one time. Dropping something on a glass shelf hanging over a huge void could have devastating consequences. I appreciate them taking everyone's safety into consideration. We greatly enjoyed every minute of our stay and plan to be back!
