What to Expect

What To Wear

Hiking or athletic walking shoes Temperatures are cooler from October – February, so long pants and a warm jacket are appropriate March – September temperatures are warm where shorts, hats, and a light shirt are comfortable.

Cancellation Policy is 72 hours prior to your tour date. Outside of 72 hours a $25.00 per person cancellation fee applies. Tours cancelled within 72 hours will not receive a refund.

Minimum number of passengers required to operate non-private helicopter tours. The Helicopter Seats Up to Six (6) Passengers.
Passengers exceeding 250 lbs (112kg) will be required to purchase an additional seat.

All Helicopter and Airplane Tours

1. All reservations must be confirmed 24 – 48 hours prior to travel date.
2. The following items are prohibited on our tours due to security: luggage, large backpacks, suitcases, briefcases, coolers, and alcohol. If an item has not been listed, please verify with your reservations agent prior to booking.
3. For Helicopter or Airplane tours please be sure to include the weights for each passenger on the booking form..
4. All passengers for helicopter or airplane tours are required to have valid identification such as a valid driver license or a valid passport.
5. Not all Hotels have available areas for pickup so please check with your tour provider as to the exact location and time for pickup prior the tour.
