Simply amazing! We were picked up, right on time, at our hotel, via limousine. The driver was polite and courteous . Upon arrival at the airport we were quickly directed to the check-in counter where the clerk quickly confirmed our details and we were weighed in. We were given a written summary of safety information and ushered into a large room w about 20 others waiting. There were two televisions replaying safety and required information. Once our pilot arrived we were given additional safety and flight instructions. I felt very prepared, not rushed, and not too slow, it all seemed appropriate . The ride back to our hotel was equal to the pick up, with no problems. We selected the Grand Canyon Skywalk Express. The flight to and from the west rim area was about 45 minutes...great narration between the pilot and recorded data. The flights were nothing short of amazing! The time at the skywalk was perfect! I read some reviews that people felt rushed...not the case at all. We were there, got plenty of time on and around the skywalk. It was great! Overall...you must do this tour! Sundance is professional and did an amazing job!
My mom and I were in Vegas for a few days and wanted to make it to the Grand Canyon while we were over on the West Coast. A helicopter tour seemed like the coolest and most time efficient way to get to the Canyon so we booked it, and I am SO glad we did! Sundance picked us up from our hotel in a limo, definitely an awesome extra touch! All the ground staff at the check in counter were so friendly and eager to help. Our pilot, Daniel, was awesome. He walked us through all safety/security points and made sure everyone in our tour felt comfortable for the whole flight. There was an recorded narration that played during the tour and our pilot would add his own little points and jokes. Once we landed at the Grand Canyon we were turned over to a tour guide there who drove us to the Skywalk and checked us in there. The tour guide was so kind and willing to answer any of our questions about the area. Our group was also introduced to our own photographer who took a bunch of pictures of everyone at several different points on the skywalk. Overall an awesome experience that I definitely recommend to anyone in Vegas looking to fly in a helicopter or check out the Grand Canyon!
The value is phenomenal for what you get. Limo service, helicopter ride, food, skywalk. It's just something everyone should see when visiting Nevada. It's money very well spent. The sky views are just breathtaking. And so much information about the different sights are covered with a guided tour... it's just a really awesome experience.
Greatest experience of my life! I can't begin to explain how incredible it is to see the Grand Canyon from a Sundance helicopter from the time the limo picked us up to when it dropped us off it was perfect! We did the early morning trip to the Sky Bridge and we chose wisely as we were the only ones there. We got to see the sunrise over the Grand Canyon! Words can't describe how beautiful it was! Best money I ever spent!!! - consmythe1
